A. Information You Provide
- Contact Information: If you contact us via email for support or inquiries, we collect your email address and any information you include in your message to process your request.
- Gameplay Content: Our Games do not allow users to create, upload, or share user-generated content.
B. Information Automatically Collected (AdMob, Unity Mediation, Unity Services)
- Identifiers: Advertising ID (e.g., Google Advertising ID or Apple IDFA), unique device identifiers, user IDs, and app-specific identifiers.
- Location Data: Approximate location inferred from IP address for regional compliance and ad delivery.
- Technical & Diagnostic Data: Device model, OS version, performance metrics, crash logs, and diagnostics.
- Cookies & Similar Technologies: SDKs and related technologies used for advertising, analytics, and functionality.
Note: Data collection through third-party SDKs is subject to each provider’s privacy policy and your consent where applicable.
C. In-App Purchases (where offered)
Some of our Games offer optional in-app purchases. Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play; we do not collect or store your payment card details. We may receive non-sensitive transaction records (such as product identifiers and purchase status) to deliver your entitlements, provide support, and prevent fraud.

- Advertising & Monetization: To deliver personalized and contextual ads via Google AdMob and Unity Mediation in accordance with consent requirements.

IV. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
Advertising Partners
- Google AdMob: Receives data such as Advertising ID, IP address, device and usage information to deliver and measure ads in accordance with Google’s publisher policies.
- Unity Ads Mediation: Receives data to mediate and optimize ad delivery across supported networks.
- Other Ad Partners: Additional partners in the mediation chain may receive data for ad delivery as disclosed via the Google UMP consent form.
Service Providers
- Unity Services: Where used by a Game, processes identifiers and related metadata necessary to provide and manage in-game services.
We do not sell personal data.
V. Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data (GDPR)
- Consent: Obtained via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) for personalized ads and other consent‑based purposes.
- Legitimate Interests: Ensuring security, preventing fraud, and improving our Games.

Our Games are intended for a mixed audience: suitable for general users, including children.
- Personalized ads are disabled for child users using flags such as
tagForChildDirectedTreatmentandtagForUnderAgeOfConsent. - Only information necessary for a Game’s functionality is collected from child users.
- Where required by law, verifiable parental consent will be obtained.
VIII. International Data Transfers
Data processed by Google and Unity may be transferred to and stored in countries outside your jurisdiction, including the United States and EU member states. These providers implement safeguards consistent with international standards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses under GDPR.
IX. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Policy or as required by law. You may request deletion or exercise applicable rights by contacting us (see Contact Us) or via the in‑app Privacy Options experience (through Google UMP).
X. Security Measures
We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls, to protect data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
XI. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in‑app notice or by updating the effective date. Continued use of our Games after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
